Who holds the assets in Rhoads Lucca’s client accounts?

Rhoads Lucca does not physically hold any client securities or cash. All assets that we manage are held in custodial accounts at Fiserv. Fiserv is one of the nation's largest independent trust companies, with assets of more than 10 billion dollars. All cash accounts at First Trust are guaranteed by FDIC insurance up to federal limits.

Client accounts at Fiserv are registered in each client's own name. We direct Fiserv on how to invest the money within each account, but we don't have access to the money. Clients receive monthly and annual account statements directly from Fiserv, in addition to Rhoads Lucca's monthly Gold Key statements and the online account access through My Accounts Online.
