What and how often does Rhoads Lucca report to clients?

 

Every month, we report to clients on the status of their accounts in a format that is easy to understand. These “Gold Key” statement tell you exactly where your money is invested and what the market value of those investments is, both by individual security and in total. As a result, our clients always know how much money they have and where it is invested.

 

Fiserv also sends monthly statements directly to clients, listing all account transactions. With this double reporting, you can be confident in the security of your account.

 

Additionally, clients can have around the clock access to their current account status online via My Accounts Online, a service of Fiserv.

 

Rhoads Lucca holds an annual Client Meeting each January or February to review the results of the previous year and discuss expected changes and trends for the coming year. Clients unable to attend this meeting are mailed a cd video of the meeting.
